Shipping & Returns

Delivery

In-Stock items will ship in 1-3 days from recieved payment (weekdays).
We ship worldwide, and only send shipments with insurance.

Returns

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us before you send anything back. Email our customer service on support@deerart.se detailing your ordernumber and the item you wish to return and we will help you. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive are damaged as a result of the packaging. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, DeerArt.se will arrange for an exchange. DeerArt.se decision is final.
